1. Katherine Graham says:

The fulfillment curve teaches us that after you have your basic needs, comfort, and a few luxuries, the only way to become happier is to give; not spend more money.

  2. Mike Finley says:

Well said, Katherine. We MUST learn to know when we have reached the summit of the fulfillment curve if we ever want to find true and long lasting happiness. Enough resides at the summit of the fulfillment curve, not more “stuff.” No one will ever tell you when you have enough. YOU must know it and that means you must know YOU.

Once you reach enough you can turn your energies toward giving unconditionally to others. Giving = Happiness. The sooner we learn this simple equation, the better off we will be. You can get a better understanding of the fulfillment curve by reading, Your Money or Your Life, by Vicki Robin and Joe Dominguez. It’s worth your time and money. It may just change the way you see the world in which you live.

I’m most fulfilled when I’m spndnieg time with my family after I’ve cooked a nice meal, having good conversation, and just enjoying each other’s company. It’s one of the only times that I don’t feel like I’m ready to move on and do something else. I love just being able to sit and laugh and spend time together.

Wow! Looks like we have a clear winner: Dia De Los Muertos! I love that one, too, but I’ve alayws thought Ziggy Stardust would be a fun alter-ego to take on for Halloween http://gufwbsokte.com nqzraq [link=http://xnamft.com]xnamft[/link]
